Well folks...our 31st year...and another success !

    I was told by someone (waaay more NET savvy than I ) ...that we are the oldest continuously running Automotive related charity event in North America !!!!!!!!!     How cool is that ?!?!  :)

   For 2014...  the weather gods stuck up for us again !  The day was slightly overcast and only a few sprinkles !

The car count at the entry point was only 149, but we had a few last minute stragglers as always :)   Guildford Mall was kind enough to let us use the lot again and the Cascade Casino was wonderful to us as well..(they take really good care of us ) !

We had a shwack of door prizes and I had a shwack of coffee...so they went out pretty quick !!  :)

The day was over by about 1pm...its hard to believe that something that takes all 5 of our committee to get organized about 3 months can zoom by that quick !!

A special thanx to Mission Raceway Park who once again were our title sponsor as well as WIE .  Not too mention the great artwork of Andrew from EyeMechanicStudio for a great shirt !! and GriffinHouse Screen Printing for their generosity.

As of Thursday Nov 6th...The toy donations were spectacular,( We dont have a toy count as of now ..but its coming)...and the cash donations were right up there as well !(roughly$14,500.oo)...(last minutes are being added in now).   Stay Tuned !!

And were always looking for someone who took pictures to land them to us !

The Lower Mainland Xmas Bureau was more than happy with the day !
